Creative Cloud Registration/Installation

I have downloaded the CS Cloud Suite after having problems with the Adobe Application Manager.  Now I can not register the application with my subscription because I need Internet access which I have since I just finished downloading the application.  I read  the posts about what to do to get the download to work, but how do I finish the registration process now?

Registration worked when off the corporate network, but I am concerned that I will have have to disconnect from the corporate network everytime I want to do any work in Creative Cloud.  What the network requirements so that I can work with the IT department to allow this work when ON the network?

You will at minimum need access to activate.adobe.com on port 80.  Although your I.T. department may need to allow access to the Adobe.com domain.  Also depending on the configuration of the proxy they may also need to allow access to specific applications as well.

I would recommend contacting your I.T. department at let them know you are facing this difficulty only when on the corporate network.

Hi LoyBoy,

What message are you getting? Can you post a screen shot?

You might need to contact support for assistance, is it activation or registration, registration is not required to use the products.

I'm moving this thread over to our download/installation forum.
