Creative Cloud Repair

I am trying to install Adobe CC on my Windows 11 laptop, however, when the installation is finished and the loading screen pops up I get a message saying "cloud is taking longer to open than usual". After a long period of time, it closes and a pop up with the message "Adobe CC is damaged or missing". 

I have tried on numerous occations to reinstall AND repair it, nothing is working and I am very displeased that I am paying to receive this amount of trouble.

install the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.
