Question

Creative cloud requires new sign in when switching networks

I use my laptop in different locations, with different networks. I have my CC App set to automatically launch at login. Each time I start my computer using a different network than the previous start, the CC App asks me to login and I need to go through the 2-step verification with a text message with a code. I checked the flag to not ask me again but that doesn't make a difference. If I restart my computer and login on the same network, it logs me in automatically and I don't have to go through the 2-step verification process. Only when I use a different network on startup, I have to go through the whole authentication process over and over again. I am using the latest version of the app. This is really annoying. The login apparently also remembers the network used to login the last time?

no, the network is not used to validate your sign-in so i don't know why you're seeing that.  maybe there are two other computers signed-in with your adobe id?

check your account with the different networks to see if your computer is being signed-out and when it's being signing out.  and check if there are other computers signed-in to your adobe id: https://accounts.adobe.com

So I checked this morning and it said that I was signed out because the app was unable to authenticate my Adobe ID. Maybe I shouldn't start the app at login of Windows. It could be that when the app tries to authenticate the network is not available yet.

do you shutdown your laptop that often?
