Creative cloud running on Win server 2016

Is there a way to create a service account to use with our Federated ID's for our company and install Creative cloud and its apps on a server and allow others to you it just for code. Each of them have a local license of the software we just need the server to have a licesne as well and currently is has an old key'd version from 2018 but are running into issues with their current local copies of 2020?
