Creative Cloud says all my apps are up to date..but I never updated to 15.3

I'm interested in updating my apps to 15.3, but when I log into my Creative Cloud app it says that my apps are up to date even though I never updated them. When I check After Effects under more info it says it's 15.2. I'm confused why my Creative Cloud isn't giving me the option to update to 15.3.
