Creative Cloud says "You don't have permission to manage apps"

Hi,

I have a personal CC account that includes all apps. I've been using it on my laptop (MacBook Pro) and also my work computer (Windows). I was able to download all 2019 apps onto my work computer through my CC, however with the 2020 update it is now saying that I do not have permission and need to contact my IT. How can I give myself permission to download all latest versions on my work computer?
