creative cloud settings issu

Good Day all,

I have problem ..

When I click Preferences ( as admin ) to change the language, the whole page appears with gray, so I wouldn't be able to choose or set any other language..

Thanks a lot for your reply, the problem is that  when I choose preference, the options appear with gray color - unavailable to be chosen-
