Creative cloud shot down... and i need download

Hi everyone!

I am on a big time problem, take a look.

i just cant start after effects today, every time i just join, it just crash and close... so, i just delet it thinking i just can reinstall...

but, then, i just join on a second problem.

i can join on creative cloud...

It always is offline..

My adobe id its okay, i just can join on creativecloud online, but, not whit the desktop software..

i tray reinstall... nein...

i tray whit the clean tool, uninstall, restart the mac, install and non...

i tray do all again deleting the opm.db file.. and no!! it just dont work!!

and if i cant join on creative cloud, i cant download ae... or are any alternative where i can download it?
i just mean, i can download the software without requiring creative cloud?
