Creative Cloud Sign In Issue

Hi

When I try and use Creative Cloud Libraries across my adobe suit apps it keeps asking me to sign in even though I am already signed in on the desktop app on my Mac and on the internet so I can't use the libraries! Also it keeps signing me out of Creative cloud app every 5 minutes or so.

The apps such as InDesign ect were actually dowloaded/installed on a different user on the Mac and I am using them on the other user, could this be the issue? Do I have to un-install and re-install on my user account for them to work - surely not (time consuming).
