Question

Creative Cloud simply isn't working as it should.

I have a CC Photo subscription and installed Photoshop on my laptop after being forced to install CC , which already makes no sense.

After a couple of months, CC simply stopped working; the application no longer opens, so I can't update Photoshop.

"Creative Cloud is starting"... in an infinite loop.
Restarting is useless.
Uninstalling CC is impossible (it still detects Photoshop and won't let me uninstall CC.
Uninstalling Photoshop is impossible; it only does so from CC, which won't start... a total disaster of malfunctioning applications.

I'm paying for a poorly made, poorly designed, and poorly functioning service.

    @StudioMiraglio,

    Creative Cloud Desktop App is the hub for managing all your Adobe CC apps & services (fonts, Stock assets, libraries, etc...)

    It works fine for me on Win11 with recent updates.

    Enure that your computer exceeds the min-system requirements to run CC, Photoshop, and other apps that you use.

    @StudioMiraglio , sorry you are unable to use the Creative Cloud Desktop app consistently. I don’t see an active subscription under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum.

    Is the laptop managed by an organization or studio? Do they provide you with the subscription you are using to access the Creative Cloud application?

    reset your cc desktop app.

    To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press: Win: Ctrl + Alt + R Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
