Creative Cloud "Sorry, installation failed" Error Code P72

I am building a new PC. I have come to install my Adobe Photography Plan.

 

I have downloaded the latest Creative Cloud installer and when I go through the install process I get...

"Sorry, installation failed" Error Code P72

 

I gives me a link to a support page that says ...

"The Adobe software you're attempting to install is not genuine"

 

I'm fully paid up! How do I fix this...

Hi, Roy - make sure you downloaded the original CC installer directly from Adobe and not a third-party website. Here's an article that might help you troubleshoot with the logs:
