Creative Cloud starts to download, but then times out at almost complete...and then just stops

I have tried several times up to download Creative Cloud. The first time, it worked fine and I restarted my computer...it was gone. Now when I try to download it again, the progress bar goes almost until the end, but then it just stays there and doesn't actually complete the download.

Thanks for responding! I was able to use the CreativeCloudCleanerTool and that solved the problem!
