Creative Cloud still said i have to confirm my e-mail adress

Hello!

please help. i bought a 12 month Abo for Creative Cloud with twi products.
i tried to install creative cloud but after i confirmed my e-mail adress it still says i have to confirm my e-mail.
and it says it sends a mail to a wrong mail adress,
but at my creative cloud acount is the right e-mail adress and it's already confirmed.
i tried to download creative cloud new, but i have still the same problem.

Hi,

Rename the File (oobe to oobe.old) below for mac and windows , and then sign in with correct email .

MAC:-

Go> Go to folder> ~/library > application support >Adobe > OOBE

Windows :-

Windows C:\ Users >user account >app data >local> Adobe >OOBE

i even got one mail from creative cloud to my right e-mail adress and i confirmed it but still...i have this problem

Hi,
