Creative Cloud Storage is "full"

I am part of an enterprise Creative Cloud Subscription that is part of my school and should be receiving 100 GB of online storage. In Lightroom CC it shows correctly and allows me to add up to 100 GB but when I go to Creative Cloud files online or in the desktop application it shows only 2 GB available and says that I am currently exceeding my limit. Is this some sort of glitch or is the 100 GB of storage limited to Lightroom?
