Creative Cloud stuck

Hello everyone! so  i had a trouble with an infinite loading loop popup opening and closing on  photoshop, so i uninstalled it and reinstalled creative cloud,  and now i m stuck on the loading/and disconnected. i 've already done all the steps in the "creative cloud start is longer than expected" and i did a lots of things as well ( using the cleaner, the uninstaller ...) Some help/advice could be great! 😄
