Creative Cloud Student Plan Expired?

Hi there,

 

I received notice that my student adobe package plan has been cancelled, and thus they're now requesting full payment for the software.

 

How do I go about returning to the student plan? Do I have to make a new membership?

Not sure that it can both be cancelled and request a payment. It can't really do both. Do you mean it has gone up from about US$20 to US$30? If so, US$30 is the normal student rate, half the regular price. Or did it just go up to about US$60, perhaps because you didn't confirm you were still a student...?
