Lr mobile indicates it is a trial license. But I do fulfill the following--

You can sync photos and edits between Lightroom for mobile and the Lightroom Desktop app if you have an active subscription or trial for the following Creative Cloud membership plans:

  • Creative Cloud Photography plan
  • Creative Cloud All Apps plan
  • Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition
  • Creative Cloud for teams All Apps plan

I did NOT procure the license via Kivuto which is called as an exception.  License was attained through Indiana University.  Trying to get this answered before I invest any time in moving photo's into creative cloud.

I use a mac... but my issue is my phone and Lr mobile (iphone).  Just logged in again on iphone and still have the Trial # of days remaining...

Hi Kevin,

I rechecked your account details and it appears that you have the subscription license via Kivuto and therefore you are unable to get the Lightroom access.

Please Contact Customer Care for more details.

Hi Kevin,

I did check your account and see that you have an active Photography license.

Please see Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase for detailed troubleshooting steps.

Sheena

Sheena--

I followed the steps in the article, I even added the my CC # with my pre-paid plan (see attached screenshot).  I've logged out of creative cloud and Lr mobile and logged back in and Lr mobile is still showing its in trial mode.  Suggestions?

Kevin, are you on Windows or Mac?
