Creative Cloud subscription cancellation - Help!
Similar to a bunch of people I got charged 50% of the annual fee for a product I have no intention of using anymore. I know some of you will come and point out saying "its in the terms and services". I know I should know what I am signing up for but how could I have known that a subscription based software has this unethical requirement. This is an important segment that can't be overlooked. I did my 14 day trial, and I tried to cancel it and instead I was offered 2 months free. I should've been informed right there and then again that If I continued further and I wished to cancel I'd be paying for half of the annual fee. I am currently on a holiday and I have little money to travel back with and resume my everyday life. This has set me back by a small margin and It is very frustrating. I can't find the proper means to communicate with a sales rep. The system appears to be down, can't find a proper email I could send to. Maybe it's because I am stressed out over this that I am having a hard time to find the right means to do so.
I only wish to communicate only with the customer service rep or admins. Privately, preferably. it has been a source of great frustration for me at this current state. i don't mind paying for the free two months, but I do not wish to pay for the entire half of the year as I can't afford to do so. I worked hard for the money I made and I dont make enough money. I really hate to go to waste on a product that I dont plan on using at all. I hope you see it from a human side of things.
