Creative Cloud tasks causing processor meltdown

Initially, I thought I had a major hardware failure because my system kept shutting down. After 4 hours of hardware diagnostics, I realized that the processor was overheating. The culprit was Creative Cloud. On Windows 10 on an i5 processor. The only option to prevent CC from destroying my hardware was to uninstall all Adobe applications and CC. To uninstall, I had to pack my system with frozen gel packs to allow the system to say up long enough to uninstall. Now my system is running within normal operating temperatures.

I couldn't find an easy way to report this issue; therefore, I am posting here. I am not looking for resolution, just reporting.

If an app can cause the processor to overheat you have a major hardware issue. Any app can expect to use the computer flat out, this is normal, recommended, and what you pay for. No app maker says "let's go more slowly to avoid overheating". Contact the computer maker urgently.
