Creative Cloud tells me to install Photoshop when its already installed

I'm having an unusual problem.  When I go to Creative Cloud, it lists the installed programs but Photoshop isn't on the list.  It gives me the option to install Photoshop below the list..

However, Photoshop is already installed on my machine.  I've opened two files with it to test it and it is Adobe Photoshop CC 2023.  How do I get it to recognize the installed Photoshop?

Maybe this helps.  This started when the option to install the new Photoshop Beta app.  Maybe it thinks Photoshop isn't installed because I haven't installed the beta?

At any rate, the problem, while not huge, is annoying and makes updating Photoshop a problem if I'm interpreting the situation correctly.

Any help with correcting this problem is most appreciated

Thank you both.  It turned out to fix itself when I installed Photoshop.  It needed to be updated but the update wasn't catching in the pending updates window.  Thanks again!
