Hello! I am currently in a toss up about whether or not id like to purchase the creative cloud package.  i would like to use the free trial but when i try to download it give me the following error :   There seems to be a problem accessing a critical file/directory during download. For troubleshooting tips, please visit our customer supoort page. (error code: 204) 

now as someone who is in a toss up of whether to buy or not this is not comforting.  hopefully this can be an easy fix and i can begin using the trial

Found a Fix.  Just Disabled my antivirus during download, then re-started my antivirus once downloaded.  works fine

ive seen that thread but is that really what i personally have to do just to fix and installation? im just trying to get a trial version.  im afraid ill have to pass on purchasing this if i have to go through that many complicated steps in order to fix the problem.

Also am unable to follow those instructions due to the cleaner tool not being the same format.  Theres gotta be an easy fix to this.
