Creative Cloud trial installation failed

Hi, I have a brand new Macbook Pro (running OS X 10.9.5) and I'm trying to install the trial version of Indesign through Creative Cloud. However, it keeps failing. I'm instructed to restart but the same thing keeps happening. Any ideas? Thanks...
