Creative Cloud Trial is Over. Now I can't access my original PS CS6 software.

I currently own Photo Shop CS6.

Recently I trialled the Creative Cloud thing to demo Premiere Pro. My trial period is now over.

Now when I try to open PS CS6 a window pops up saying my trial period is over and asks if I want to license it.

I already own it!!

Do I need to unistall something??

I habve no idea what to do and would really appreciate some assistance.....
