Creative Cloud trial says "expired" after cancelling (with 4 days left)

So one week ago now, I got that 7-day free trial for the entire creative cloud (100 or so gb and everything) and after a few days I had decided to cancel it. However, now it says that my trial expired even though I had cancelled it with 4-days left on the trial. Maybe it's because I still had one of the apps installed ? Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

That has no bearing on the situation.

You only get one opportunity to use a trial.  When you cancel it, that uses up the opportunity.

that would be the expected message if you tried to open an app after successfully cancelling.  nevertheless, check your account per @John T Smith to confirm.
