Creative Cloud [Unable to download apps. Cannot connect to Adobe servers]

Hi

I have already installed Creative Cloud on my computer Mac, there aren't any proxy web and firewall is open, allow incoming connections. I am trying to download apps but CC environment doesn't start : message is "Cannot reach server Adobe. Check firewall and clck setting of computer and try again".

I need to run the app today or tomorrow because I have job urgently. Please, could anybody help me?
