Creative cloud unable to open / missing or damaged

whenever i try opening creative cloud it doesnt run and says it needs repair ,  the repair doesnt work so i used the uninstaller , it didnt work so i used the adobe cleaner tool.

i think i unistalled and installed creative cloud around 10 times but it still doesnt work.

what can i do ?

i already tried all 4 methods suggested but it still doesnt work.
