creative cloud update

a new installation is available for the creative cloud and i have tried over and over to download it but it always stops at 43%. Why is it not working?

Hi Katie-

Are you getting any error messages, or does it just stop and freeze part way through the download?

IF so, please post a screen shot of what you see: FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video?.

Are you on Mac or PC?  Which Operating system?
