creative cloud update error

I am told to update the creative cloud and when doing it  I am told that there was a error A12E5.  I see in the forum and in the help and have no answer. What can I do? I pay the cloud and I am unable to use it!

Thank you for help. I was able to update creative cloud without errors and the CC programs update also but all the Cs6 programs failled to update. Can you help me again? I was able to correct the error a12E5 with your first  proposal for Mac.
