Hi Pattie-F,

Running the CC desktop uninstaller was the first thing I did. I have seven CC apps  - not all running at same time - but I applied the uninstaller and cleaner to them all.  But I still get Error 2.  I suspect it is because I have not yet upgraded to Windows 10.  Today I was informed that I had 3 apps waiting for updates then when I opened to CC Desktop manager I get news that all my apps are up to date as from 45 seconds ago. ???? so confusing.

But thanks for your reply. :-)
