Creative Cloud update isn't installing

I'm trying to download Adobe Premiere Pro from the Creative Cloud, but it says it's "Installing Update". The update loading bar never changes from 0%, and I can't download anything!! Any advice?

HI,

Kindly Close all the adobe processes from task manager(windows ) / activity monitor ( mac) , restart you machine and try again .

List of processes :-

  • Creative Cloud.
  • Adobe CEF Helper.
  • Adobe Desktop Service.
  • AdobeIPCBroker.
  • Adobe Installer.
  • AdobeUpdateService.
  • AdobeServiceInstaller.
  • CreativeCloud(URIHandler).
  • AAM Updates Notifier.
  • CCLibrary.
  • node.
  • CoreSync.
