Creative Cloud Update July 2020 PROBLEM all is blinking and freezes!!!

Hi,

I had an update of creative cloud days ago, and the app doesn't work since then... all windows of OS starts blinking and computer freezes.

I already uninstalled my adobe apps and tried to install again, but when I try to install from creative cloud here in Adobe site, all apps are "not compatible" with my OS. 

I use Windows 8.1

Anyone with the same problem?
