Received update prompt today (16Jun16) but didn't work. What to do? Don't even know what its for...

Error message received : Creative Cloud desktop failed to update.(Error code: 72) Contact Customer Support

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
