Creative Cloud update stops

Dear Adobe team,

Last two days I have some problems with the Creative Cloud. I am using it since 2 Years if I remember well, it worked well until now. Now I can't use the window of the application, it always says that Insatlling Updates, but nothing happens. It always stops in 1, 16, or 26 %. Could You help me about it?

confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

do you see both logos?

if you can and still see a connection error, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html

I am having the same issue.

For me, it is only occurring with Premiere stoping between 20-25% each attempt and sitting for hours

Not getting time outs or errors. Can install 13.1.3 just not 13.1.4

Can see both logos on the checks and can install other Apps and update them

Did all testing for host files and connections. Reinstalled CC after removing and restarting.

I also did a direct install from Download Creative Cloud apps it still has the same issue. This is a lot of work for something I'm paying a lot of money for. Not to mention wasting an entire day trying to fix and still no resolution.

Any ideas team?

first try, resetting the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R

Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, reinstall premiere:

uninstall everything premiere, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

use the desktop app to re-install premiere
