Creative Cloud update stuck at 15% or at 30%

Hi,

I've install Adobe cloud desktop in Win 10 operating system last one year. 

Last one year smoothly working all application but probleme is last two month application was not completed update

Creative Cloud desktop application installation it starts the automatic update process that reaches 15% to 30% and stacks there.

Also I tried to update Administrator account that are unable to install or update the Creative Cloud desktop app because it gets stuck at a certain percentage.

Any help will be highly appreciated!
