Correct answer kglad

i haven't seen anyone else complaining about a cc update so it's unlikely there's an infected adobe file from adobe.com.  otoh, where did you get that file?

I downloaded Creative Cloud, and got a malware warning from my virus protector software, but I pushed it through anyways, because I upgraded my suscription to have all the cool tools that you offer, and all I have gotten is a Malware attack that I cannot get rid of. Well I maybe able to get rid of it now that it is confirmed that the creative cloud is the culprit. I downloaded the creative cloud from your site with my package upgrade.

Just FYI. You do have a Malware attached to tthe Creative Cloud downloads.

Zemana reports malware, but Norton does not detect a virus.

And, I know you'll ask so I'll tell you: i downloaded the Creative Cloud app directly from my Adobe account 0n 2022-08-21 at approximately 10:19PM PDT

if you downloaded from a url in the adobe.com domain using https, it's not infected.

saying you downloaded directly from your adobe account doesn't insure the above.
