I have el capitan 10.2 on my iMac.  I cannot update my creative cloud apps.  Is there a solution?

Hi Dianaw57209934,

Typically U44M1l210 is a permissions issue that can be bypassed by creating a new user account on your computer (with admin privileges) and installing the update through that account. Instructions are available here: Error U44M1I210 when installing Adobe Creative Cloud or Creative Suite 6 updates‌.

Let us know if that resolves the error.

I assume you mean Mac OS X 10.11.2 (latest El Capitan). I have it installed on two computers and have no problems getting Creative Cloud updates.

Try going to the Creative Cloud desktop app (in the menu bar). Click the "gear" icon > Preferences > General. Sign out from your Adobe ID and sign in again and updates should be available.

Dear Steve,

I tried this and it still goes only to 50% and then quits.
