Question

Creative Cloud updating stalling after 40%

For a month I can no longer update my adobe applications. I have uninstall creative cloud app, used adobe cleaner, try to installa java, open log files, Hosts file ok... The only thing I haven't done is to uninstall Lightroom, Camera Raw and photoshop. Cause I need his for my business.

Last week I just downloaded creative cloud app zip. Installation ok. But update no longer advances beyond 40%

Can someone help me ? Thanks

Phillippel3458053056 and Smackmick, sorry you are both facing problems with your installations.  Please check the log files to determine the error that is preventing the update process.  Info on how to find the logs can be found at  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-log-files.html.

That is the main problem.  It is not stopping and erroring out, it just goes to sleep.

Here is the last of my logs, you can see a large gap in time in two places before I killed it.

Smackmick, I am sorry but there are no errors in the portion of the log that you have posted.  Please use your favorite text editor to search for the word Error within the log files, to determine why the installation is failing.

I am having a similar issue.  Creative Cloud updated itself a week or so, have not updated since then.  But now I have tried a couple of programs, they stall at 18% to 20%.  Nothing wrong with the network, I am downloading 7 apps at once through direct.   I assume these will do the same thing as what CC does.  I do not want to be deleted and purging and all that stuff, this takes a lot of time!  Something is wrong with this new release.

How do I get CC aligned with my direct downloads?  I have dowloaded Photoshop and Illustrator and installed them, but CC says I need updates to both.  This system is really broke, tried to download Photoship twice and it takes forever and then stalls out.
