Creative Cloud - Use on different computers

Hello,
I looked at multiple threads but it looks like I can't find the answer...

I have two computers, one for video (A) and one for photography (B), sometimes I need to export on one side and do photo stuff on the other one. I understand that I can't logically use the same app on two computers at the same time.

If I take the full plan with all the apps, is it possible to use Premiere Pro on the computer A and use Photoshop on the computer B at the same time ?
