Creative Cloud Verification sending to wrong e-mail

I have been trying to install the Adobe Audition free trial and my Creative Cloud app keeps saying to continue I have to verify my e-mail but it misspelled my e-mail address and won't let me change it? I checked and it is spelled correctly on my adobe account and everything. And I tried to make a new account and uninstall but when I made a new account it just kept trying to send it to the misspelled address, and when I tried to uninstall it said I couldn't because I had other applications that were using it, but I had already uninstalled all of that already. What do I need to do to get this to work?

Has anyone else used that computer to install even a trial of a Cloud program?

If yes, I think you need to totally clean everything Cloud from the computer and start over

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

-for non-Cloud programs you need to DE-activate before uninstalling

-http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html (and uninstall)

-using the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling is often needed

-Restart your computer... Sign in to your account... Reinstall

Hi ,

Your email address is stored in OOBE folder .Quit all Adobe apps and rename this folder in :

Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
