Creative cloud wants to make changes type in password!!!!

I have dowloaded the creative cloud installer but cannot download the lightroom. I keep getting the same message saying "Creative cloud wants to make in changes, please type in password to allow this"I'm typing my password in and I know 100% its the correct password as this password signs me into my adobe account. but for some reason it will not be recognised at all when I am trying to actually download creative cloud installer. Im paying for this monthly and taking a photography course so this is very very frustrating, has anyone else had this problem PLEASE HELP!!!!
