Creative Cloud wants to reinstall Lightroom after every boot. (OS X)

Every time I restart my computer Creative Cloud desktop manager asks if I want to install Lightroom CC (2015) (which is already installed). The same does not happen with Photoshop. 

I've tried to uninstall all Adobe products then remove every trace of Adobe files in the following locations:

~user/Library/Application Support/Adobe

~user/Library/Preferences

Upon reinstall the same thing happens again. The version it installs is Lightroom 2015.6.1 Am I missing some file that could cause this? Any other suggestions?
