When I click "try", "buy", or "join creative cloud" from this link Adobe Photoshop products, free downloads | Photoshop.com, only a blank page appears. This happens for any page where the url begins with creative.adobe.com. What am I doing wrong? The website will come up on my iPad, but not on the Mac.
BennyTan are you trying to install Photoshop CC using the process listed at Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html?
Hi Jeff,
I chat with Adobe Support and she managed to help me solve the problem.
It's due to some security profile setup on my MAC blocking the full
install. Thanks for your help.
