Creative Cloud went on glitching spree 2020

Greetings from sunny Russland, Moscow! Regardless of US geopolitical opposition I decided to install Adobe for workgroups! For years all software worked well, usual stuff, Photoshop, Illustrator, AE and whatnot. Then after the new year, loo and behold! I see a notification that Creative Cloud is taking unusually long time to load, and recomendations to reboot and so on. I did as recommended to no avail. Rebooted, installed CC anew, in the process after advancing to about 15% installation goes kaput every time I try! And I cannot deletу it as it says some programs are using it, so I cannot delete it, only reinstall... Catch 22! So now I cannot get updates, as it continues on for weeks now, I cannot reinstall or load Creative Cloud.

I have Imac 2014 27" OSX Catalina, all updates are religiously installed. I know not where to seek help, other than from reverent manufacturers. Help please! Sorry, screenshots show Russian messages but you know, they are all generic, nothing metaphysical

Yes, so the CC prompt is - reload or quit, luckily it quits without problems, but in the long run it's a dubious benefit...
