creative cloud will download but wont install, i get this error message --

"creative cloud set up has stopped working - a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available" and then I never get a solution..... and I have to download lightroom and adobe photoshop on my new laptop for work. please help. the laptop is an asus idk if that has anything to do with it.
