Creative cloud will not install completely on new computer.

Creative cloud will not completely install on my new computer (Mac).  Can someone help me?  I have logged into my account and want to bring my subscription programs via the creative cloud.

You should install the Creative Cloud Desktop App first and use it to install the apps.(see install link below)
