Creative Cloud will not install. I've tried for hours. I've deleted, retried, uninstalled to the point where I can do it blindfolded.

This should be simple folks. I shouldn't have to redesign a 3500 dollar computer to install a piece of software so I can can use the software I paid one year for. (premiere pro). Since Adoboe offers no phone support and all I've been advised to do so far is delete lots of stuff that made it even worse, I want my money back.
