Creative Cloud Will Not Load

Question

I have a brand new laptop and one of the first things I am trying to do is get Creative Cloud, photoshop and lightroom and light room classic installed.  I installed them all and the only app that woudl open was Photoshop.  The creative cloud desktop will not load.  I have uninstalled everything, restarted the computer, and re-installed creative cloud but it still will not load.  HELP!
