Creative Cloud Will Not Open
The creative cloud desktop application shows a greyed out icon and then closes. All my applications still work but I can not update them. I've tried contacting support twice and each time they just give up and disconnect after trying a few things. The cleaner app does not work, safe mode does not work. There was a temporary fix that involved renaming a file from 0 to 1 but I can't find that thread anymore. Please help me, it's been days of trying to fix this.
