creative cloud window is blank

The icon in the top toolbar is active but the pulldown window is blank. I cannot find this specific problem anywhere here. I have started to download the desktop app to see if that is the issue, but the only option is a free trial - although I have been a member since adobe started this stupid monthly billing scam. Has anyone else had this problem? Your help is appreciated.

Please mentioned Operating System and its version .

CC Desktop app is completely blank or you are getting blue spinning wheel in Middle or under Apps tab?
