Creative Cloud without wifi

We have gone without power for a few days and I have been basically out of business because of Adobe. I had to move to my laptop which I can charge vie the Sun. None of the programs would start without wifi. I took my desktop to a friend's house where he had a generator and still nothing would start without wifi. The whole area is without power and wifi. Now that we have power again and wife again I ended up changing my password four times before I could get in. Adobe you're making me start looking for alternatives to your products. With the new Creative Cloud do I have to sign in every time I want to use one of the products? I use to have very good passwords but ended up simplifying them so I can just get in there and work. Is this just a bug or is this the future, unsatisfying, experience I can expect with Adobe?
